Masak Lemak Cili Api Ikan Tongkol...

Ini lauk wiken...
en. tan suka sgt ngan ikan tongkol...
mrs tan baru tau yang tuna glamer tu sebenarnya ikan tongkol...
Dulu mmg tak kenal/suka ikan ni...
Ai heart ikan tenggiri je...
Rupa pon lebih kurang...
Tapi dah en. tan suka layan je la kan...
So far mrs tan penah goreng, masak kicap ikut puan hana jepon...
Gulai tuk lauk nasi dagang & masak lomak cili api...
Tapi fav en. tan ialah yg dlm gambo tu...

Bahan2:
1 ekor ikan tongkal potong kecik (mrs tan rebus ngan a bit of cuka, garam, lengkuas, serai & asam keping/ air agak2 utk tenggelam ikan je - rebus tak lama lam 5 mins je pastu biar je terendam dalam air rebusan sampai masa nak guna)
Segenggam cili padi (blend with abit of santan)
Serbuk kunyit or about 1 inch of kunyit hidup hancurkan
2 batang serai
Santan pekat dari 1 biji kelapa + a bit of air (if xmo too thick)
Asam keping (kalau guna belimbing pauh lagik sedap - tapi Nenek Normah selalu improvise kalau belimbing xde masukkan mangga xde mangga apple hijau pon boleh gak)
Garam secukup rasa

Method:
Campur sumer bahan2 except for ikan (guna low heat ye)
Agak2 dah mendidih/pekat/naik minyak toskan ikan masuk sekali (kalau masuk awal sgt takut ikan pecah)
Biarkan seketika (5-10 mins)
Matikan api & hidang
