Dah submit all related forms and payment...
Tapi had to cancel...
Sebab main purpose was to care for bb Naqib...
But since dia xsempat melihat dunia the plan was cancelled...
Tapi for our RET kami ambil foreign workers...
Infact they have been here lama and worked together with en. tan in the F&B line...
Lepas en. tan resigned from his old job everybody decided to follow him...
So bila kami buka RET kami dah ada workers...
Tapi we make sure that we hire them legally...
We have 9 of them for almost a year...
Then masalah mula dtg...
One of our staff lari recently...
Punca nak minta gaji lebih...
Walaupun sebenarnya their salary adalah bersih without having to pay anything...
We provide them with food kat RET, rumah provided, electricity and air kami settled...
Bestkan mrs tan keje macam2 kena potong...:-)
Tapi for this particular staff still xcukup...
So on the last day dia kerja shift pagi...
Dah mlm sikit dia call en. tan kata nak berhenti keje...
Dgn harapan en. tan will increase his salary...
Then en. tan kata ok kalau nak resign but u must tender your resignation...
Nak tau apa kata dia???...
Dia suruh en. tan issue him a letter allowing him to work with someone else when his permit is under us...
Walawei hensem nyer muka dia...
The next day xdtg keje...
Housemate kata semua barang dah xde...
In other words udah lari...

mrs tan called Immigration Dpt and was told to give the Dpt a letter about this and to fill up a form and can go to their office in Damansara to get his name cancelled from our Co...
Rupanya info yg diberi TAK CUKUP...
Actual step are as follows:
1. Buat Police Report pasal dia lari (this is important coz 1st question yang immigration dpt ask is - dah buat report?-
2. Buat own Co letter about the same issue
3. Download Immigration Dept's form and fill-up
4. Buat bank draft atas nama Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Imigresen (RM500)- apparently ni boleh claim balik from insurance yg majikan ambil earlier...
5. Since ours is Bangladeshi, kami kena pergi PUTRAJAYA - Presint 2
6. Go to Level 2, ambil no.
7. Pass all your doc to the specific counter and wait for the officer to key-in all the details and go the CASHIER to make your payment
8. Then go back to the counter you went earlier to collect your acknowledgement copy
9. By now nama worker yg dah lari dah dikeluarkan from your Co.'s list. He/she is officially a PATI now
Personally mrs tan rasa semua process is menyusahkan majikan...
Pekerja kami lari tapi kami dibebankan dengan pembayaran yang tinggi dan pembaziran masa nak kesana sini...
Dia senang2 lari kami kena keluar duit lagi nak cancel nama dia...
Tapi sebagai rakyat yg patuh pada undang2 kami buat juga...
Kepada Immigration Dpt TOLONG kerapkan lagi penguatkuasaan...
Moga dapat pantau kehadiran semua PATI dan tolong beri kami majikan yg sah justifikasi yg adil...
Kami yang menggaji PADI yang mengikut saluran undang2 yg sah...
Elok2 dah PADI (pendatang asing dengan izin)...
Terus jadi PATI (pendatang asing tanpa izin)...
