Custard Jagung...

Smlm mrs sgt rajin...hehehehe
Masuk bakul angkat sendiri...
Terpaksa la coz en. tan xmo tolong angkat...

Menu berbuka smlm nasi tomato, masak merah ayam bermadu (ayam je ye bukan mrs tan ;p), dalca ayam n acar timun nanas...
Utk desert plak mrs tan buat pengat pisang nangka dgn tpg gentel n sagu...
mrs tan masuk office aka dapur since 2.30pm...hehehe
Sepanjang posa ni la 1st time mrs tan masak complete meal n desert...
Selalu en. tan yg tolong beli...

Pastu dah ptg sket big bro mrs tan called and ask to join him buka posa kat umah parents kami...
So mrs tan angkut semua benda yg dah siap masak gi umah parents...
Mmg rezeki dorang la kan nak rasa...
Alhamdulillah gak coz eventho posa rasa sumer cukup...
Xde la yg termasin ke tertawar ke...
Kuasa Allah swt...

So today mrs tan nak share the above resepi...
Senang nak refer in future...
mrs tan dapat ni dari my resepi posted by f&n kalo xsilap...
Cukup simple tapi mmg confirmed jadi...

Bahan2:

1 cawan tepung custard
I cawan creamy corn (mrs tan letak satu tin coz malas nak simpan balance)
3 cawan air
1 cawan evaporated milk (susu sejat)
3/4 cawan gula

Method:

Campur semua dlm periuk...
Gaul supaya tak berketul atas api sederhana...
Continue with the process sampai adunan jadi pekat n shining...
This stage is a bit tricky coz kalo xcukup pekat puding tu kan jadi a bit lembik susah nak potong...
Tuang dlm loyang n sejukkan...
Make sure betul2 sejuk baru boleh potong cantik...

Sorry pic xde cos dah ramai berkumpul jadi syok makan n bersembang sampai lupa amik gambo...hehehe
